Before coming to work with me my clients describe themselves as feeling stressed, exhausted and overwhelmed.
In many cases they feel dissatisfied and disconnected from their body, present with a range of health and hormonal issues and have also spent years trying to lose or maintain a healthy weight and relationship with food.
These issues are often accompanied by a lack of self confidence and a high degree of concern around other people’s perceptions of them. Some clients describe feelings of shame towards themselves or say that nothing they do or achieve ever feels ‘good enough’.
In overcoming several health, self and body related challenges myself, my purpose as a Coach became increasingly clear. Ultimately, my mission is to help other ambitious, value-driven women in enhancing their overall experience and quality of life.
I do this by teaching my clients how to take charge of their health through developing tools to stop self-sabotage and redirect behaviour towards the outcomes most important to them.

Poor self image, including rates of body dissatisfaction are on the rise and the impact this is having on mental, physical and emotional health is becoming increasingly evident.
External factors, as well as feelings of pressure to meet societal beauty standards, fit into a certain weight class or dress size, alongside a desire to achieve a particular standard of living or lifestyle (often heavily influenced by social media), can all feed into these problems.

Although your body and what you look like is only one part of a much bigger picture when it comes to the relationship you have with yourself, to feel in conflict with your external appearance is also to be at odds with the person you believe yourself to be at a much deeper level.

‘Diet & Exercise’ Won’t Fix it.
SADLY, THESE METHODS DON’T ADDRESS THE UNDERLYING ISSUE.
For those who feel they do need to ‘lose weight’, weight loss isn’t the primary obstacle they face. Maintenance of weight loss however, is. It’s estimated that as high as 95% of all diets fail and this is largely due to the fact neither emotional or behavioural barriers are addressed when undertaking these processes.
Even in cases where weight loss isn’t the objective, it is the relationship someone has with themselves that perpetuates cycles of self-sabotaging behaviour and that ultimately drives issues with self image and body dissatisfaction.
CHANGE STARTS IN THE MIND…
If you’ve made any significant changes to your body before, chances are you may have also experienced underwhelming or short lived satisfaction when you achieved that ‘result’. In other words, it didn’t make a difference to how you felt about yourself long term.
This tends to happen when the approach used is designed to elicit change on a superficial level (your external body) only and does not provide the necessary support or development of skills to change things at the internal level, i.e. your mindset and the relationship you have with yourself.

You’ll learn all you need to know about your own psychology and behaviour and how to change it,
understand how to better regulate your emotions as well as process and manage challenging thoughts in more resourceful ways,
develop tools for change; guidance through a variety of Cognitive (psychological) Reconditioning processes,
and elevate your identity to develop an evolved relationship with yourself and your body.
2. BODY
You’ll learn the core fundamentals of nutrition as well as how to eat to meet the needs of your body AND mind,
be guided in the process of active personalisation,
be taught how to navigate social events, eating out and holidays,
implement support to underpin hormonal health and sleep optimisation,
understand the roles and benefits of movement and exercise (and how they differ),
and receive online personal training and programming.

QUESTION: I’M A BUSY WORKING PROFESSIONAL (AND / OR MUM), WILL I HAVE TIME TO FIT THIS IN?
Answer: The program has been designed to make things as simple as possible but this ultimately comes down to what’s important to you. If making change is a high priority, you’ll find the time to do what’s necessary. All of my clients are busy, working professionals and / or mothers and they’ve all managed to make this work.
QUESTION: DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE GUIDANCE AROUND DIET AND EXERCISE?
Answer: Absolutely everything you need to know about how to navigate nutrition and address your relationship with food and training is covered as part of the program. Virtual Personal Training programs (suitable for home or gym) complete with video tutorial guidance, will also be provided in accordance with your training age, experience level and personal goals.
QUESTION: DOES THE PROGRAM COVER DIFFERENT TYPES OF SELF-SABOTAGE?
Answer: Yes. Although self-sabotage can manifest in a variety of different ways - emotional eating / drinking and spending, procrastination and avoidance, overthinking, chronic worry or stress, productivity guilt, perfectionism and people pleasing to name but a few - the program is designed to help you address the driving force behind these behaviours and develop the tools to change your outcomes.
QUESTION: I’M CONCERNED ABOUT AFFORDABILITY, DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Answer: Please don’t worry. If during consultation it’s determined this program is absolutely the right fit for you but financing payment in full poses a barrier to entry, the option to pay in instalments can be made available.
QUESTION: WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE 16 WEEK PROGRAM FINISHES?
Answer: During the initial 16 week period you’ll be equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to take charge of your physical health and emotional well-being independently.
I do however understand, with implementation being such an important part of the transformation process, that not everyone will want or feel ready to go it alone at this stage. Continued support will therefore be discussed and arranged for those who want and / or need further guidance prior to finishing the program.
Although everyone’s journey is different, it’s not uncommon for clients to remain in coaching for a period of 6-12 months+
